Architectural visualisation brief stage

Brief

A detailed brief is the first step towards visualizations that will fully meet your requirements. Before starting the work, please provide us with all necessary informations about the project. Except for basic information such as architectural drawings, landscaping, materials specification, etc. We would like to understand the key design aspects, which guarantees the creation of images that define their essence. Tell us more about the main aspect of the project and what answers should be provided by images. What is the message behind a particular image? What is the target audience profile? You can also provide us with some tips and special wishes related to the style or mood of the images.

3D model

If an architectural model is available, deliver it as soon as possible so we can check it for potential errors. Models created in different computer programs than 3ds MAX (especially those dedicated to architects such as Revit or ArchiCAD) provide a good basis but are not suitable for detailed, high-end visualizations. To maintain the highest quality, we need to optimize the model manually and correct all inaccuracies, adjusting them to our needs. Depending on the program you use, we can help you export files according to our standard to speed up the process.

Process

SketchSketch stage architectural visualisationresolution: 1000px

Based on the submitted materials, we prepare two sketches for each ordered image. The idea of the sketches is to show the desired camera and lighting of the pictures. Please choose one of the two propositions and send us comments regarding mood, lighting, materials and colors.

DraftDraft stage architectural visualisationresolution: 2000px

We add details and smaller elements to the picture. We are working on the materials and the overall quality of the images, which should be final at this stage. Camera and lighting remain unchanged.

FinalFinal architectural visualisationresolution: 4000px *

We deliver the final image. If you need the final image in higher resolution, please provide us with such information at the beginning of the project.
